Some things of note. The short film B.F.A. (adapted from a chapter of my novel, American Poet) is finished. Jim Gleason, the director, has been submitting it to film festivals. We are looking at a premiere at the Theodore Roethke House in Saginaw in September (tentatively Sept. 20th).
I've been invited to present at a couple writers conferences in the fall.
Also, I just heard that my short story "Dead Drift" will be published in The Cedar Sweeper. Check them out. If you fly fish in Michigan, you'll want to subscribe to the Sweeper.
